Refund Policy

  1. These terms and conditions are between SEARCH SPORTS GLOBAL GmbH (we/us/our), and the GUEST (you/your) and specify the terms upon which we provide the Satisfaction Assurance to you.
  2. This Refund Policy must be read in conjunction with SEARCH TRAVEL’S general Terms and Conditions http://searchtravel.cc/terms-conditions/
  3. If, within the first 48 hours of commencing your tour with us, you decide that you are not satisfied that we have delivered the services as described in the Official Tour Itinerary supplied to you at the time of your purchase then you may terminate the tour and we will refund to you the entire amount that you have paid us for the tour.
    1. You must advise the Tour Leader, in writing via a Notice of Termination, that you are not satisfied and that you wish to terminate.
    2. In the Notice of Termination, you must clearly state the reasons why you believe that we have not provided the services as described in the Official Tour Itinerary.
  4. If you decide at any other time that you are not satisfied that we have delivered the services, as described in the Official Tour Itinerary supplied to you at the time of your purchase, then you may terminate the tour and we will provide a refund for that part of the tour that is remaining. The amount to be refunded to you will be calculated as follows; total amount paid to us by you, divided by total number of nights scheduled for the tour multiplied by the number of nights remaining and unused.
    1. You must advise the Tour Leader, in writing via a Notice of Termination, that you are not satisfied and that you wish to terminate.
    2. In the Notice of Termination, you must clearly state the reasons why you believe that we have not provided the services as described in the Official Tour Itinerary.
  5. We will review the Notice of Termination and advise acceptance or rejection within 24 hours of receipt of said Notice of Termination.
  6. If we accept the Notice of Termination you will be required to sign a General Release and payment of the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the executed General Release.
  7. Fulfilling our obligation under this Satisfaction Assurance is related to our Customer Service Policy and is in no way an admission of any legal liability for compensation. As noted above, you will be required to sign a General Release prior to payment of the refund.
  8. Any Early Bird bonus items provided to you will be deducted from the refund. The value of these items will be calculated as per the MSRP listed in your booking information.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if we form the view, in our absolute discretion, that you are terminating for reasons other than those stated in your Notice of Termination.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the refund if we form the view, in our absolute discretion, that the statements you make in your Notice of Termination are false, misleading or without merit or foundation.
  • Changes to the itinerary do not provide grounds for termination. We clearly state in all our terms and conditions that, due to the nature of the services we provide, changes are often essential due to circumstances beyond our control.
  1. We specifically remind you of Your Obligations as listed in our terms and conditions which will be forwarded to you at the time of booking.
    You must;

    1. follow the instructions of your SEARCHTRAVEL host at all times;
    2. ensure that you are of an appropriate level of fitness to participate in your tour;
    3. notify us of any medical ailments from which you suffer which may affect your ability to participate in the tour;
    4. wear a helmet at all times whilst cycling;
    5. not cycle when under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and
    6. ensure you have travel insurance, providing you with cover for baggage, cycling equipment and medical expenses whilst you are on your tour. We must sight your Travel Insurance policy prior to departure date.
