WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY TOUR?

We understand that things can change and you may have to cancel or change your travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances.

We endeavour to make it as simple as possible to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There can be no exceptions to this Cancellation Policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism and by entering a contract of sales with SEARCH TRAVEL, you agree that this policy represents fare compensation for the costs that SEARCH TRAVEL has incurred on your behalf. Furthermore, SEARCH TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel any tour using our discretion if we believe that the safety of our guests or staff may be compromised.

In the event of cancellation, SEARCH TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss incurred by you for any non-refundable travel costs. In any event, refund of payments received by SEARCH TRAVEL will constitute full and final settlement. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

*If you chose to credit your refund to a future Tour you must make a reservation within 12 months of the original Tour commencement date otherwise you will forfeit the credit. The Refund option cannot be chosen for subsequent Tours once you select the Credit option.
